can I come wearing make-up?Oftentimes our clients come from other commitments, so while we prefer you visit us fresh-faced, we have everything on-hand to clean and prep your skin for your treatment.

do injectable treatments hurt?We compare injectables to a quick finger prick. We use the smallest needle possible to make the process virtually painless. It’s nothing you can’t handle, we’re sure of it! But, we also offer the option of numbing cream for filler treatments and ice can be applied before and after injection to reduce pain.

how much does it cost?The total cost of your treatment will depend on the size of the treatment area and how much product you’ll require. Your custom dose is based on the muscle strength (how deep, stubborn, and defined the wrinkles and lines are) and volume needed. The Fixx customizes treatments per client based on personal needs.

what's the difference between neurotoxins & fillers?As the name suggests, fillers fill an area, adding volume, plumpness, hydration, and contour. Neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, Xeomin) relax the muscles under the skin, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Fortunately, when it comes to Neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Jeaveau, Xeomin) results may be noticeable in as little as two days, but often take up to two weeks (14 days) to see the full effect. That’s when you’ll come back to see us for a follow-up appointment.

how can I prepare for my treatment?We recommend avoiding alcohol, aspirin or NSAIDs (unless prescribed) 24 hours before your treatment. Avoid getting any dental work or vaccinations done two weeks (14 days) pre- or post-filler appointments, as well.

THE FIXX EFFECT
The Fixx was founded by Brittany Smith, a Registered Nurse with over a decade of experience working in the medical field. In 2019, when Botox was still taboo, Brittany got her first treatment and was instantly hooked. So much so, she decided to obtain respective certifications in Neurotoxins and Dermal Fillers before taking the plunge to start her own business later that year.
The Fixx has since become a sanctuary of real self-care. Our beauty center is a place of retreat where clients come to relax, be amongst friends, and reap the benefits of truly high-quality beauty treatments.
